Shipping & returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Netherlands and Europe.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.95 per order.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €100.

How long does it take to process my order?

Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code if applicable.

Can I return my order?

Yes — non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Can personalized products be returned?

Personalized products, including bandanas with embroidered names, cannot be returned or exchanged.

The only exception is in the case of a clear production error or defect.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

All BiteBandits products are handmade with care, including our collars, bandanas and leashes.

The customer is responsible for correctly measuring and submitting the right size when ordering. Please use our “Find My Size” guide for help measuring your dog.

Because personalized products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or adjusted free of charge due to incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

Possible adjustments after purchase may be discussed depending on the situation.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We ship all orders using recognized delivery services.

If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number so we can look into it together.

Who is responsible once the package has been shipped?

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the delivery service. Customers will receive track & trace information to follow their package.

Are the products handmade?

Yes, every BiteBandits piece is handmade with care.

Our collection includes handmade collars, leashes and personalized bandanas with hand-finished embroidery details. Because each item is individually crafted, small variations in size, color or placement may occur — making every piece unique.

Please note:

Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.
Customers are responsible for correctly submitting their preferred name spelling and sizing.
Errors in submitted information fall under the responsibility of the customer.

Are the collars adjustable?

No, all BiteBandits collars come in fixed sizes and are not adjustable.

To make sure your collar fits perfectly, please carefully follow our “Find My Size” guide before ordering.

Because our products are handmade and custom-sized, we are not liable for damage or unsafe use caused by incorrectly submitted measurements.

How do I measure my dog’s neck?

We recommend measuring carefully to ensure the best and safest fit possible for your dog.

Can I personalize my bandana?

Yes, and honestly, that’s where the magic happens.

You can personalize your BiteBandits bandana with your dog’s name using our embroidered name options. Whether your dog is a tiny troublemaker, sleepy cowboy or full-time bandit. Personalized details make every piece feel extra special.

How many embroidery colors are available?

At the moment, we offer 5 embroidery color options.

We’re always working on new combinations and future collections, follow us on Instagram for updates, new drops and upcoming colors.

How long is the leash?

Our leashes are 150 cm long.

The perfect length for everyday walks, little adventures, coffee runs, beach strolls and everything in between. Giving your dog enough freedom while still keeping them close by.

Can the products be washed?

We do not recommend washing our products.

Because our items are handmade and include embroidered and decorative details, we recommend handling them with care to keep them looking their best.

And for the big water lovers: we know you’re made for adventures… but for swimming days, sea dives and muddy chaos, it might be better to leave your favorite bandana at home for a little while.

Are the products suitable for puppies?

Yes, our products can be worn by puppies, small dogs and adult dogs.

However, because our collars are not adjustable and the material may feel firmer for very young puppies, we recommend making sure the collar fits comfortably and safely.

Puppies grow quickly, so please keep future sizing in mind when ordering. Always supervise your dog while wearing accessories and regularly check the fit as your puppy grows.
