Embroidery Guide
Type your dog’s name exactly as you want it stitched. We embroider with premium, high-contrast thread in Amsterdam.
Maximum length: 10 characters (spaces and symbols count).
Allowed characters: A–Z, a–z, 0–9, dash (–), apostrophe (’), ampersand (&), dot (.), and middle dot (·).
We do not support emojis or special symbols. Use upper or lower case as you prefer; we stitch exactly as typed.
Very long names are scaled and kerned to keep the lettering crisp, then centered on the collar.
Please check spelling before adding to cart. Personalization adds one to two business days to processing, and because it is made to order, it cannot be returned unless there is a defect or our mistake.

Our collars use a tightly woven, soft-touch webbing with rounded edges, reinforced stitching, and gold-tone hardware. It feels gentle on fur yet keeps its shape through daily wear.
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth or hand wash cold with mild soap; air-dry flat. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and harsh chemicals. After saltwater or muddy adventures, rinse and dry the hardware to keep the shine and the embroidery crisp.

Add your dog’s name in the field on the product page and we embroider it exactly as typed (case-sensitive). Most names look best up to ~12 characters; letters, numbers, and simple symbols (– ’ & · .) are supported.
Each piece is stitched in our Amsterdam workshop and personalization typically adds +1–2 business days before dispatch. Once stitching begins, changes and cancellations aren’t possible. Personalized items are not returnable, but if we make an error or there’s a defect, we’ll repair or replace quickly.
